At Luminous Natural, we take pride in our bath, body and candle products and strive to provide our customers with the best quality and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
• Returns will not be accepted for items that have been opened, used, or damaged
• All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).                                                                        

The following items are not eligible for a return:

• Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition
• Products that have been damaged as a result of improper use or handling
• Gift certificates or personalized items

Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Angela@luminousnatural.com Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
• Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment or exchange the item for a different product, if desired.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at Angela@luminousnatural.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
• We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion, for defective or damaged items.
